Fans are less than impressed with Hilary Duff 's admission she "starves off her hunger".
The Lizzie McGuire star, 35, revealed she often uses the controversial methods which have also been part of Gwyneth Paltrow's dieting regime.
Speaking to the Lipstick on the Rim podcast, she said: "Sometimes I try to — Gwyneth’s in trouble for saying this — but sometimes I try just to drink coffee in the morning and starve off my hunger."
