Scots have been urged to exercise ‘caution’ after the wildfire risk in some parts of the country was raised by fire officials.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) say that the risk of wildfires in eastern and north-eastern areas will be ‘very high’ between now and tomorrow.
This comes as many parts of Scotland baked in dry and warm weather, with temperatures rising above the average for the time of the year.
