Sebastien Pocognoli has hailed the contribution of Andy Robertson to the Scotland cause since he took over as manager ahead of his captain's 100th appearance for his country.
Robertson, who made his international debut when he came on as a substitute in the 1-0 friendly win over Poland in Warsaw in 2014, will become only the second Scot to reach a century of games on Saturday.
The Spurs left-back will move to within two of record cap holder Sir Kenny Dalglish in the Nations League meeting with North Macedonia in the Tose Proeski Arena in Skopje this weekend.

The former Queen’s Park, Dundee United, Hull City and Liverpool defender was one of the first people Pocognoli spoke to after he replaced Steve Clarke as manager back in August.
The Belgian is determined to record his first win in the wake of the disappointing 3-0 loss to Switzerland at Hampden on Tuesday night – but he confirmed that he will mark the occasion.
“Andy is a great captain,” he said. "From the first day, he has important for me, as he was for the previous coach. He is really committed about creating a connection between the coaching staff and the players.
“He is always giving his best and is very proud to represent Scotland every time. I know Scotland is one of his main targets at this time in his career. I hope we can extend his number of games and I think we will. He is really important for all of us.
“It (Robertson reaching 100 caps) is fantastic. I think it means a lot for him as well. He is very proud whenever he is here. We will see what we will do. For sure, there will be something.”
