Matildas legend and national treasure Sam Kerr has gone and bloody done it — she’s just become the first woman to make the global cover of FIFA 23.
While some women have graced local covers before — our very own Steph Catley, who also plays for the Matildas, featured on the Aussie FIFA 16 cover — no female has ever gone global. Sam will appear on every cover of the Ultimate Edition produced around the world. Alongside her is French striker, Kylian Mbappé, who has landed the cover for the third time.
