Presenter Helen Skelton was married to estranged husband and Leeds Rhinos player Richie Myler for eight years before they sadly split earlier this year.
The pair, who share three children together, married in 2013 but in an unearthed and very candid blog post Helen opened up about the frustrations of having a relationship with a famous sports star.
The Countryfile star revealed that her estranged husband's "tantrums" were worse than that of her toddlers if he lost a rugby match as she admitted she found it difficult to organise their lives around the rugby player's sporting career.

In the post written in 2017 Helen let loose on the realities of life as a sportsman's wife as she spoke about the stresses and strains that came with it.
She penned: "I am married to a man who comes home in a mood because his team hasn’t done what he hoped or he didn’t play as well as he would have liked.
In reference to one of her children's age at the time, she said of Richie Myler: "His tantrums over his sport are worse than the toddler's."
The 39-year-old TV personality also admitted she found the uncertainty of Richie's career difficult to manage, she said that it was impossible to plan a future as he was constantly moving around or facing the prospect of changing teams.
In her post, "Wannabe wags beware. Sport will make you grey not glamorous", she added: "I have no idea where my children will go to school, when I will be able to put a picture on the wall or if my husband will have a job in a couple of years," she wrote on her blog named Helen Etc.
During the time of publication a heavily pregnant Helen was living in France with her husband and eldest child as Richie had been playing for the Catalan Dragons in the Super League. Prior to that, Richie had played for Warrington and Salford, before he settled at Leeds Rhinos.
Five years on from her blog post, the couple called it quits months after Helen gave birth to their daughter. Fans were left shocked when the mum-of-three announced in an emotional Instagram post that the rugby player had left the family home.
The Countryfile star revealed the heartbreaking news to her 277,000 followers, saying: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children," along with two heartbroken emojis.
Despite her heartbreak Helen, who lives in Leeds, has made a number of appearances at various events as she learns to adapt to her new normal.
Meanwhile, Richie has reportedly been seen with marketing executive Stephanie Thirkill, who is the daughter of the President of Richie's club, Leeds Rhinos.
