Helen Skelton stuns in a thigh-high split dress after she opened up about feeling guilty about being a 'working mum'.
The 39-year-old, who has been navigating the shock breakdown of her marriage, admitted that the guilt can be "suffocating".
Helen, who has been busy filming Channel 5's Summer on the Farm, stepped out at ITV's Summer Gala at The Mandrake Hotel in the stunning gown.
She glowed in the pink floral number with an oversized ruffle detail across the chest and over her shoulder.
The mum-of-three wore her blonde hair in loose waves that cascaded past her shoulders.
She added a pair of gold hoops and nude high-heels to complete her look.
Helen shares Ernie, seven, Louis, five and Elsie, six months with her estranged husband Richie Myler.
The couple's relationship came to an abrupt end after the rugby player left the family home.
In April, the presenter confirmed their split in a statement: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
Soon after the Leeds Rhinos player left Helen, it was revealed that he was in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill.
Richie posted a photo of him and 32-year-old Stephanie on a paddleboard in Harrogate.
It is believed that he met Stephanie through work as her dad is the rugby league's club president.
Neither Helen or Richie follow each other on Instagram anymore.
Speaking to Hello! she explained the pressures she's facing working and having children: "Life is a bit crazy with three children and I’m not going to lie, getting the kids to school is just chaos. It’s hard to split yourself three ways."
"That whole thing about 'it takes a village', I believe that. You need to be with people who are in the same boat, otherwise the mum guilt can be suffocating," she said.
"Sometimes I am a full-time mum with the guilt of thinking I should be out working, and other times I am a working mum with the guilt that I'm not at home with them."
Helen, who turned 39 this week, said that she still feels 25.
She spent her big day beside the pool with her son Ernie.
The busy mum appeared on Lorraine recently but was forced to go off-camera to sort her dog out who was barking.
"I've got three small children and a very loud dog as you can hear," she joked.
Turning to her dog who was hidden from view, she said: "Stop it! They time it perfectly, don't they?!"
"It's uncharacteristically calm around here this morning because I'm working this week," she explained.

"My mum has come to stay for the week, because she doesn't live near, so she's got the kids off to school.
"Monday morning when you've got to get the kids to school is just... It's the same drill every day but somehow it's always chaos! 'Get the socks on, get their shoes on, where's their school bags?!'"
She laughed: "So mum's in control but she forgot to put her granny magic onto the dogs, sorry!"
