Helen Skelton enjoyed a solo holiday with her three children just one week before announcing that her husband, Richie Myler, has left their family home.

The Countryfile presenter, 38, shared the heartbreaking announcement on her Instagram stories on Monday as she confirmed the end of her eight-year marriage to Richie, 31.

The pair are proud parents to sons Ernie, six, and Louis, four, and their split comes just four-months after Helen gave birth to the couple' baby daughter, Elsie Kate, who she welcomed on New Years Eve.
