Helen Skelton has shared the reality of looking after a seven-month-old baby as she gets stuck in at Strictly Come Dancing.
The Countryfile presenter, 39, signed up for the BBC show last week, but she's got her hands full with adorable little Elsie.
Sharing a video of her daughter, who was grinning mischievously, Helen, who had an unfortunate brown stain on her blouse, said: "That's a proud poo-nani face. Yes, that is poo on my silk camisole. Ooh, camisole, I sound like I'm from the forties."
