Helen Skelton returned to TV for the first time following her sudden split from her husband Richie Myler.
A few months have now gone by since she announced that she and Richie were separating, shortly after welcoming their third child together.
Back in April, Helen made the public announcement that she and the rugby star had gone their separate ways and he had left the family home.
She wrote: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
The emotional message was accompanied with two broken heart emojis. The couple share daughter, Elsie Kate, born in December, and young sons Ernie and Louis.
But now Helen seems to be in a better place and was back doing what she does best.
The 38-year-old is fronting a new five-part series, Summer on the Farm.
The Channel 5 show sees Helen and her co-host Martin Hughes-Games celebrate the best of the British countryside live from Cannon Hall Farm in South Yorkshire.
During Monday's episode, fans saw Helen return to her roots as she visited her native Cumbria and took a trip down memory lane. "I grew up around here and it always feels special to come back even if it is a typically murky Cumbrian summer's day," Helen told viewers as she showed off the breath taking countryside.
"This for me is probably the equivalent of most women going on spa and having a massage. Just the space, the view and I think I was probably around 30 when I realised 'oh, green stuff does make me happy' and I know that's a weird thing to say but I was looking out of my window of the house I was living in and I thought 'I love looking at trees'."
The Countryfile presenter later warmed up with a cuppa in the rain and shared something rather poignant with those tuning in to watch the show. "There is something really grounding about embracing the elements and doing your day anyway," she started by saying.
"It's a good lesson for life. Life throws things at you that you don't want to have to deal with. Sometimes you find yourself in a storm you don't really want to be in and if you can find a way to muddle through, you'll come out the other side. And the sun will always come out in the end."
And fans were soon making the same comment about mum-of-three Helen. @rattycastle tweeted: "How good to see @HelenSkelton taking life in her stride in her native #Cumbria." @Bluestockingmum wrote: "@HelenSkelton - loving #SummerOnTheFarmLive, and you are looking FABULOUS. Remember, the sun WILL always come out again."
@Sylvialarad1 shared: "Just watching you Summer on the Farm - so glad to see you strong, bubbly & looking well. Go, girl." @Millie4Barrow added: "@HelenSkelton No elephants on the farm but you dealt with the one in the room beautifully."
