Helen Skelton returned to TV for the first time following her sudden split from her husband Richie Myler.
A few months have now gone by since she announced that she and Richie were separating, shortly after welcoming their third child together.
Back in April, Helen made the public announcement that she and the rugby star had gone their separate ways and he had left the family home.
