Helen Skelton's ex Richie Myler shared a loved-up holiday snap of him and his new girlfriend, after his split from the Countryfile presenter was announced in April.
On his Instagram account Richie, 32, shared a picture of himself with his arm wrapped around Stephanie Thirkill, as she put her arms around his waist and shoulder.
The pair beamed at the camera during their break to Cornwall.
In the caption, the Rugby player wrote: "Cornwall... Was worth a 32 year wait", followed by emojis of the sun and a love heart.
A few weeks ago the sportsman also shared a picture of the pair at Wimbledon, with their arms around each other's waists, but didn't share a caption.
Richie left the family home he shared with Helen, 39, back in April, just four months after Helen gave birth to their third child together.
Helen announced she and her husband are no longer together following an emotional statement on her Instagram story.
She wrote: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home.
"We will be doing our best to co parent our small children."
It was revealed a few days after that Richie has since been dating Sophie - the daughter of the Super League club's president.
Following the split, Richie was pictured enjoying a romantic stroll with his new girlfriend, who it is believed he met through work, while Helen focused on her career.
Helen has made a handful of appearances since the couple parted ways, and she wowed her followers on Instagram as she shared snaps from her well-deserved day out at Royal Ascot recently.
Earlier this month, Helen explained the pressure she's facing working and having three children, admitting feeling guilty about being a working mum.
Speaking to Hello! TV presenter, who shares Ernie, seven, Louis, five and Elsie, six months, said: "Life is a bit crazy with three children and I’m not going to lie, getting the kids to school is just chaos. It’s hard to split yourself three ways."
"That whole thing about 'it takes a village', I believe that. You need to be with people who are in the same boat, otherwise the mum guilt can be suffocating," she said.
"Sometimes I am a full-time mum with the guilt of thinking I should be out working, and other times I am a working mum with the guilt that I'm not at home with them."
The busy mum appeared on Lorraine recently but was forced to go off-camera to sort her dog out who was barking.
"I've got three small children and a very loud dog as you can hear," she joked.
Turning to her dog who was hidden from view, she said: "Stop it! They time it perfectly, don't they?!"

"It's uncharacteristically calm around here this morning because I'm working this week," she explained.
"My mum has come to stay for the week, because she doesn't live near, so she's got the kids off to school."
