Helen Skelton appeared to be putting on a brave face as she was pictured amongst the celebrations at fellow presenter Steph McGovern 's 40th birthday on Sunday.
Countryfile star Helen, 38, has endured a rough few weeks after finding herself on the receiving end of a highly publicised split from Rugby player husband, Richie Myler last month.
Myler, 32, walked out on Helen and their three young children before hooking up with marketing executive Stephanie Thirkill. Stephanie, also 32, happens to be the daughter of the President of Richie's club, Leeds Rhinos, who is said to be worth £175 million.
The couple's split followed eight years of marriage and came just four-months on from former Blue Peter presenter Helen giving birth to their third child together.
Helen, meanwhile, shared an image originally posted by Denise Van Outen of the birthday bash to her Instagram story.
Other celebrities in the shot were comedian Russell Kane, singer Kerry Katona and John Whaite, who won the Great British Bake Off in 2012.
The group could be seen posing around a giant neon '40' and balloons.
A short statement released by the star at the time of the breakup read: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home.
"We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
Earlier this month it was reported that Helen was fearful those closest to her may have known about her estranged husband's new girlfriend before she did.
She was said to "feel betrayed" that some of her friends had failed to give her a heads up about what was going on.
As the sports star appeared to be publicly moving on, Helen had reportedly been "feeling low".
"Helen feels betrayed that some of their friends possibly already knew [Richie and his girlfriend] were together before she did, and they didn't let her know," a source claiming to be close to the star has told new! magazine.
"It could have been that her pals felt they were in a difficult position, as Helen has just had her new baby and it was a hard time, but it has made her feel low."
