Countryfile star Helen Skelton has certainly got her hands full since welcoming her third child Elsie last year and she has been sharing lots of insights in to her daily life as a busy working mum with her fans.
In her most recent post the mum-of-three shared a series of Instagram versus reality snaps with her 268k followers.
Helen gave an insight of the stark and hilarious contrast between her glamorous work life on set of a photoshoot and the reality of her life at home, covered in baby sick in the kitchen while her elder son played 'pirates' with her jewellery.

She captioned the post: "Insta versus….. no two hours are the same, that’s babies. Rolling with it. Ps my four year old doesn’t wear gold chains he likes to play pirates with my jewellery while we make dinner and his sister throws up on me.
The 38-year-old TV presenter was flooded was praise for her realistic account of parenting as fans flocked to comment.

Helen and her Leeds Rhino's rugby player husband Richie Myler welcomed baby Elsie into the world three days before her due date, on December, 28, 2021.
The pair have been married since 2013 and briefly moved to France when Richie joined the Catalans Dragons in 2015, but in more recent times they have settled in the heart of Yorkshire after taking on a mammoth home renovation project.
In an earlier interview Helen revealed the secret to her happy marriage is working as a team.
"Marriages and relationships are not all plain sailing, but we approach it like teamwork.
"Rich is the best dad. He's the 'sugar police' when it comes to their diet and insists on routine, whereas sometimes I'm anything for a quiet life, so we're a good balance."
Although she confessed that their picture perfect life isn't without a dose of chaos.
She added: "Our house is chaos usually, as Ernie and Louis are so close in age and are the definition of wild at times.
"For the time being, we're not having any more, but I wouldn't say no one day.
"We've just had to buy the biggest bed as they end up sleeping with us every night.
"We laugh about the idea of 'date nights'.
"I can't even fit in time for a hair colour, so how do people find time for those?"
