Helen Skelton has appeared near her family home just days after she announced the end of her nine year marriage to husband rugby player Richie Myler.
The Countryfile presenter, 38, was spotted heading out for essentials wearing a orange sweatshirt style top which she let hang loosely over her wedding ring hand with the other hand slightly clenched in a fist.
She opted for make up free with a simple gold pendant hanging round her neck, blue sweat pants and trainers for the short trip near her Leeds home.
The former Blue Peter presenter is coming to terms with the break up of her marriage and now looking to the future as to how best to co-parent with her husband, who share two sons and a baby daughter.
Their eldest boy, Ernie, is set to celebrate his seventh birthday next month, while his younger brother Louis turned five earlier this month. The couple welcomed their third child, daughter Elsie, on 28 December.
Super league Leeds Rhinos player was also seen out since the split as he appeared casually dressed in a blue tracksuit and baseball cap as he popped for a hair cut.
In a short statement, Helen wrote: "Very sad to say Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
Neither have commented on the reason for their eight-year marriage ending, but Helen was recently on holiday with their children, while Richie remained at home.
The Sun however claims that Richie, 31, has been spending time with a young business woman - who the publication have not named.
A source told the publication: ''Richie appears to have been spending a lot of his free time with this younger, successful businesswoman.
''They are now in the early stages of a relationship. Helen has known something hasn't been right in the marriage for a while now.''
''She was absolutely dumbstruck when it finally ended. The split has been incredibly tough on Helen.''
Before the announcement Helen took a trip to Lanzarote's Dorada Beach with her three children during last week's Easter break.
In her bikini snap caption, the former CBBC star asked fans to 'excuse her misshapen bits', adding that it came as a result of her babies.
Alongside the stunning poolside snap, she wrote: 'In reality in a pool. On telly in a lambing shed. @onthefarmc5 8pm this eve (Excuse the misshapen bits that’s what babies do to you).'
She also wrote: 'Vacay vibes …. 3 month old napping. 6 year old footballing. 5 year old needing mum. It’s a holiday.'
