Helen Skelton has reportedly been left feeling "devastated" after her ex-husband Richie Myler shared loved-up snaps with his new girlfriend during their trip last week.
Countryfile star Helen, 39, announced her split from rugby player Richie, 32, in April this year – just four months after the couple welcomed their third child together.
Following their breakup, Richie has since moved on with new flame Stephanie Thirkill and shared snaps from their trip to Padstow, Cornwall last week.
One photo in Richie's post saw Richie and Stephanie cuddling up in front of a sunny backdrop as they stood and smiled at the camera.
Richie also posted a video of him wading into the sea followed by a photo of a sunny harbour, captured during their trip.
As he shared the images with his 20,000 followers, he wrote in the caption: "Cornwall
"Was worth a 32 year wait".
Richie limited who could comment on the post, but his new girlfriend left a gushing response to the share. She wrote: "Thanks for the best weekend! LOVE YOU".
Now, a source has claimed that Helen, who was recently scammed out of £70,000, has been left "devastated" after seeing the loved-up pictures of her ex-husband with his new flame.
A source told new! magazine: "Helen is devastated. It's one thing knowing it's happening, but it's another thing actually seeing it.
"For him to post it all over Instagram has been hard. She feels like this is rubbing it in her face, and it's a knife to the heart. It just seems a bit insensitive."
The insider also added that while Helen has kept a "dignified silence" following the breakup, her pals have rallied round to support the TV presenter.
Helen, meanwhile, is said to be "focussing on the kids and work". She shares Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and seven-month-old Elsie Kate with her ex-husband Richie.
And, although her pals are keen for her to find love again, Helen isn't as willing.
The source explained: "She's focusing on the kids and work. She's not ready to get back out there on the dating scene but her friends would like her to meet someone."
The Mirror has contacted Helen's representatives for comment.
It comes after Helen opened up about juggling her work-life with raising her three children following her split from Richie.
She told Hello! magazine earlier this month: "My work is unpredictable, it can be five days one week, then random days the next.
"I don't want to commit to childcare as if I'm off I want to be with the kids, so my mum comes to stay when I'm working."
Helen also discussed how the feeling of "mum guilt" can be suffocating if people don't have the right support network.
She added: "Sometimes I am a full-time mum with the guilt of thinking I should be out working, and other times I am a working mum with the guilt that I'm not at home with them."
The former Blue Peter star announced she had split from her husband Richie with a brief statement in April.
She posted the announcement on her Instagram stories, which read: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple.
"He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent out small children" followed by two broken heart emojis.
