Helen Skelton and her kids makes cameo on hit ITV show as fans do double take

Helen Skelton surprised fans when she made a surprise appearance on ITV's Ninja Warrior UK this weekend as she took her three children to see the filming of the obstacle course show.

The Countryfile star thanked presenters Rochelle Humes, Ben Shephard and Chris Kamara for having them as she was filmed alongside her three children Ernie, Louis and Elsie Kate.

The 39-year-old TV personality shared a "bts" snap with her 317k followers, after being treated to a tour by the show. It comes several months after her public split from estranged husband Richie Myler.
