Helen Flanagan and Scott Sinclair set to reunite just weeks after split

Helen Flanagan and Scott Sinclair are set to reunite after calling time on their relationship - all in the name of Christmas.

The couple reportedly split back in October after being together for 13 years. The Corrie actress and former Celtic star share three children together, Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and Charlie, 1, and got engaged in 2018.

But now, according to The Sun, the pair are set to reunite for Christmas.

A source told the newspaper that they wanted to come together for the children's sake, but there would be no chance that they would rekindle their relationship on a romantic level. A source said: “Helen’s sole focus is the three children she shares with Scott and they want to make this Christmas as ‘normal’ as possible.

“Scott is a professional footballer so often he won’t be around on Christmas day because of his fixtures list however Helen and Scott are planning something special for the children.

“Although they’re no longer together they will work together to make it magical for the kids.

“Helen is not open to talk of reconciliation and she just wants them to focus on being co-parents.”

The 32-year-old was spotted without her engagement ring as she stepped out to the National Television Awards back in October.

Earlier this year, Helen admitted that the couple have not slept in the same bed together since the birth of their daughter Matilda, who is now seven.

The mum-of-three admitted that she has co-slept with the children out of easiness over the past seven years. On Instagram, Helen wrote: “I’ve always co-slept with Charlie and the breastfeeding went hand in hand. I’m doing my house up at the moment (hence why most of my pics are taken in the lounge area, as I haven’t got round to the rest).

“One of my next jobs is mine and Scott's room and after seven years it would be nice as a couple to actually share a bed and not feel like flatmates.

“I’ve always just co-slept with the kids out of easiness and just basically so I can sleep and just function in the morning.”
