
Newcastle Brown Ale is being recalled after its manufacturer, Heineken, received “a small number of reports” of glass fragments upon opening the bottles.
The Food Standards Agency has warned that 550ml bottles of the iconic northern beer could be affected from six different batch loads – all with the best before date of November 30.
