Heidi Klum kept her fans guessing as to what her latest Halloween costume was to be - and it's safe to say they weren't disappointed.
The undisputed Queen of Halloween, 49, showcased her biggest costume to date as she transformed into a worm. Yes, a worm!
The impressively disturbing transformation saw Heidi wriggling around the floor before being hooked to her hubby Tom Kaulitz's fishing rod, who had become an injured fisherman.
The creepy look was revealed after an intense and seemingly gruelling period in make-up as she and left some fans speechless. Only her smile and eyes were visible in the costume which took over her entire body before towering above her.
The latest look reveal comes after the supermodel had teased her look hours earlier, saying it would make her feel "claustrophobic" while wearing it.
She had shared snippets of her look to her 10 million Instagram followers on Monday in the build-up to the big reveal.
The clips showed a number of behind-the-scenes videos, including a closer look at all the paints that would be used to create her impressive costume. Others showed the prosthetic eyes she donned and the gruesome "skin" being spray-painted.
It wasn't just Heidi that spent hours getting ready and hubby Tom's transformation saw him opt to be a fisherman whose gory eye was left hanging from his face.
Speaking to Fox News Digital before the reveal, Heidi said: "It's going to be like hot in the club and everyone always wants to come and take their photo. And I'm so excited for that, but I will be claustrophobic in my costume."
"It's just a lot of everything. It's just a lot. A lot of everything."
Heidi's costumes always impress and are now a big part in many people's Halloween traditions.
Her big bashes first hit the headlines in 2000 when she dressed up as a gothic Heidi and since then they've become more extravagant and daring. Previous dress-ups include Princess Fiona, a rotting corpse and an extra terrestrial experiment.
To complete her looks, Heidi uses a team of Oscar-winning makeup artists and prosthetics.
