Supermodel Heidi Klum turned heads for her incredible worm costume at her annual Halloween party.
The undisputed Queen of Halloween, 49, showcased her biggest costume to date as she transformed into a worm, complete with tail.
Not content with the scarily realistic costume that used prosthetics to transform the slim model, Heidi also took to writhing and wriggling on the floor in front of the cameras to fully live up to her worm-like dress up.
The creepy look was intensified with red and purple makeup that left the stunning former Victoria Secret model looking a far cry from her usual glamorous self.
The worm costume covered the stunning supermodel from head to toe, but with its design it meant bathroom breaks had to be few and far between.
Speaking to Page Six, the model revealed: "A lot of it has to come off. When I gotta go , I'll have to de-strap and just make it happen somehow."
The star's costume linked her to husband Tom Kaulitz's fishing rod, who had become an injured fisherman for her annual Halloween party.
Heidi later added: "It's hard for me to move. I don't really have arms or legs. When I fall down, I need someone to help me get back up. I'm kind of stuck there, you know? It feels a little claustrophobic."
Whilst the full worm costume had dramatic effect, the supermodel later changed into a skimpy outfit revealing her toned body. She kept the creepy face makeup on as a nod to her earlier costume.
Before her big reveal on Halloween, Heidi teased her social media followers as she shared snippets of her look to her 10 million Instagram followers on in the build-up to the big reveal at her Halloween event.
The clips showed a number of behind-the-scenes videos, including a closer look at all the paints that would be used to create her impressive costume and her eerily accurate makeup.
Other teaser clips showed the prosthetic eyes she donned and the gruesome "skin" being spray-painted to complete her creepy costume.
