One of Glasgow's homeless charities has shared images of homeless people "chittering" and sleeping on cardboard in subzero temperatures during a "harrowing night".
Street teams from Homeless Project Scotland had been patrolling the city centre during the early hours of Tuesday March 1.
During their patrols they found six rough sleepers in "despair", huddled into doorways trying to sleep in temperatures -2 degrees, reports the Daily Record.
