
The mother of a seven-year-old girl who has a rare genetic condition that affects just over 30 other people globally has spoken of her hopes that she will be home for Christmas.
Zarwa Kakar, who lives in London, has geleophysic dysplasia, a rare type of dwarfism, which means her airway is too small, making it hard for her to breathe.
