Last season highly-rated youngster Alejandro Garnacho made his first-team debut for Manchester United against Chelsea in the Premier League. And after an impressive season with the Under-18s, which saw him win the FA Youth Cup final, scoring two goals in the final, many fans want him to be in Erik ten Hag's plans.
But his good form as part of United's development side was noticed before he made his debut. Argentina moved to steal him away from the Spanish national team setup by offering him a place as part of one of their training squad earlier this year.
Garnacho had played for Spain at the Under-17 level but decided to change his allegiance to Argentina as it is the country of his mother's birth. United fans were quick to point out that he would be playing with Cristiano Ronaldo at the club level and Lionel Messi at the international.
