BENGALURU: The high court on Tuesday directed Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to take an independent decision on the Koramangala flyover project that connects Ejipura junction and Kendriya Sadan.
Disposing of a PIL, a division bench headed by acting Chief Justice Alok Aradhe said BBMP will have to hold a meeting with Msrs Simplex Infrastructure Limited in a week to sort out the differences. As Msrs Simplex Infrastructure Limited expressed willingness to complete the project within nine months from the date from which it is permitted to commence construction and also furnish a bank guarantee, BBMP should take a call in two weeks, the bench added
