HC directs Madhya Pradesh PSC to restrict OBC quota to 14% for 2020 exams

BHOPAL: The Jabalpur bench of MP high court on Monday directed MP Public Service Commission (MPPSC) to restrict OBC quota in preliminary and main exam of state civil services exam-2020 and preliminary exam of state forest services exam-2020 to 14% rather than 27% as provided now.

Advocate Aditya Sanghi, counsel for the petitioner, Satyendra Singh Bhadoria, contended that in all the identical cases, the court has provided the interim relief (restricting OBC quota to 14%) as desired in this case and prayed for the same relief in this case as well.
