Hayley Lauder lifted the SWPL title as she captained Glasgow City to a breath-taking championship.
A Lauren Davidson strike two minutes into injury-time at Ibrox saw Glasgow City defeat Rangers 1-0 and pip both the Gers and Celtic to the title in remarkable fashion.
City went into the season’s final day with a two point lead over both Celtic and Rangers - meaning a draw at Ibrox would have been enough to hand Celtic the title.
But Davidson popped up in the final stages of a brilliant season to ensure a 15th title in 16 seasons for City - and a seventh since joining the club for Murieston United youth product Lauder.
The 32-year-old, who has over 100 Scotland caps to her name, recently penned a new deal that will take her into a testimonial campaign with the club.
