Lionel Messi bid an emotional farewell to international football as he made his last-ever appearance for Argentina.

The seven-time Ballon d’Or winner took centre stage in Buenos Aires on Tuesday night for the final time as he scored and provided two assists in a 3-0 friendly win over Benin.
