Chelsea could be handed a double boost as Bayern Munich continue their pursuit of Harry Kane.
The Tottenham Hotspur captain has been touted with a move away from Spurs throughout the summer, having entered the final year of his contract. Bayern have already seen their opening offer rejected by Spurs owner Daniel Levy but it could stand to benefit Chelsea if the transfer were to be agreed.
Thomas Tuchel’s side are also said to be rivalling the Blues for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic. However, Bayern look to be prioritising a move for Kane , which could benefit Chelsea in two different ways.

The Mirror states, via Sky Germany , that Bayern have transfer listed seven players as they look to raise the money needed to meet Spurs’ £100million valuation. Bayern are said to have placed the likes of Ryan Gravenberch, Benjamin Pavard, Marcel Sabitzer up for sale, as well as former Liverpool forward Sadio Mane, who has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
The total value of the seven players is said to be up to £121.5million. This fire sale could prompt Chelsea to make a cut-price move for Mane, who is reportedly priced at £17m, significantly less than the German club stumped up last year. Meanwhile, it also gives the Blues an advantage in their hopes of signing Vlahovic, who is said to have also attracted interest from Bayern and Atletico Madrid.
Chelsea are claimed to have been in contact with Juve over a move for the 23-year-old, with reports in Italy stating that the Blues have already seen a €60million (£51.5m) bid rejected , though Fabrizio Romano has maintained that formal negotiations are yet to get underway. It had previously been suggested that Vlahovic’s agent preferred a move to Bayern, while Juve are said to value the highly-rated striker at £77million.
