Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could be snubbed from attending this year's Met Gala, due to their ongoing controversy with the royal family.
The annual fundraising ceremony is renowned for being "Hollywood's most prestigious red carpet event", but the couple "aren't likely to attend", reports the Mirror.
The Met Gala is set to take place five days before King Charles' coronation in the UK. A PR expert has claimed that Harry and Meghan's tension with the Firm meaning they'll be left off the guestlist.

CEO of Unlocked PR, Jordan James, said: "It certainly wouldn't come as a major surprise if they were snubbed given their current status within the Royal Family and the ensuing drama."
The expert noted that if the couple do get invited to the Met Gala, then it could "boost their public perception in America".
However, Jordan did say that if they do receive an invite, it's unlikely that they would even attend.
He added: "They aren't likely to attend as they will undoubtedly face scrutiny, no matter how hard they may try to minimise fallout - especially with how close this event is to the Royal Coronation."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also chose not to attend the Oscars this year, with Jordan suggesting that there seems to have been a "shift" in how the couple present themselves.
Speaking to the Express, Jordan said: "While the couple isn’t always known for laying low, I think we are beginning to see a shift in how they want to be presented - whether this is truly by choice though we may never know."
And the couple aren't the only famous celebs at risk of not being invited to the Met Gala, as the Kardashian's are reportedly being cut from the guestlist - as Vogue editor Anna Wintour "cracks down" on who can attend.
Kim Kardashian was discussed heavily at the Met Gala last year as she turned up in Marilyn Monroe's iconic gold dress.
The 42-year-old attended last year's event as well as her sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie.
An insider told Page Six that Anna Wintour had been "cracking down on the guests at the annual fashion fete and no Kardashians will make the cut".
However, a source close to the Kardashians later claimed to the publication this was not the case.
