Haringey landlord hit with £10,000 fine for failing to licence property

Haringey

A rogue landlord in Haringey has been hit with a £10,000 fine after they failed to license a privately rented property.

Council officers attended the property on Dawlish Road in Tottenham after receiving reports that it was being used as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).
