The actress claims that Martinez has decided to defer co-parenting therapy until September due to his travel plans, which include a trip to France in July and a visit from his brother in August.
The exes, who were married from 2013 to 2016, have been engaged in a contentious divorce battle until 2023. In May, they reached a new co-parenting agreement that included sessions with a co-parenting coach. However, Berry claims that Martinez has not been cooperative and has chosen to prioritize his travel over attending the therapy sessions.
