How can I get free delivery at H&M?
You can get free delivery on all orders more than £40, if you’re signed up to the H&M loyalty program. If your order is less than this, standard home delivery costs £3.99 or InPost Locker delivery is £2.99.
Does H&M have an NHS or Blue Light discount?
No, H&M does not have a standard NHS discount. However, you can purchase a digital ‘shopping card’ through Blue Light Card. These work like gift cards, only with a discount already applied.
Does H&M have a student discount?
Yes, H&M has 10% off with a Student Beans or UNiDAYs account. Simply log into your student account to confirm you’re a student, then you’ll be able to see your unique code. It’s worth noting this is usually only for full-priced items.
Are returns free at H&M?
No, returns are not free at H&M but they should only cost £2.99. This will automatically be deducted from your refund total. You will have 30 days to return your items, or 14 days for sale and Designer Collection items.

The ‘Invisible’ welcome discount: Sign up for the H&M email newsletter to get 10% off your first purchase. Whilst this might not be advertised in-store, it’s worth knowing. When we’ve tested this, our H&M coupon has arrived in our inbox within minutes.
Earn points & £3 vouchers: You can earn points on your purchases with the H&M loyalty program. You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent. When you earn 150 points, H&M will send you a £3 off voucher. Other ways to add to your points include opting for paperless receipts, completing your profile, bringing your own bag or collecting garments in-store.
Garment recycling: If you have any old clothing you’d like to donate, you can drop these off at a H&M store. H&M will recycle or repurpose your clothing, saving it from landfill. You’ll also be sent a voucher as a thank-you, so it’s a good way to earn too.
H&M app: Download the H&M app for app-only deals. It’s also very helpful to have on your phone—simply scan at the checkout and earn points on each order. Any app-only savings should automatically be applied when you scan your card.
