Wine dinner / Rossini's / July 24

Rossini's at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit will host "A Journey Through Tuscany With Banfi", an intimate five-course evening in which each dish draws from a different corner of Tuscany, and each glass carries the story of the land that shaped it. Rather than a simple pairing menu, Rossini’s Chef Stefano Merlo has composed a progressive dining experience. A crisp Pinot Grigio ispoured alongside artisan salumi, aged Pecorino, chicken liver crostini and traditional baccalà. From there, the journey turns toward Livorno, the historic port city where sea meets vineyard. A rich Carnaroli Risotto with black kale and a Slow-braised wild boar ragù pays tribute to one of Tuscany's most treasured culinary traditions. The evening closes with a refined dessert, a sweet farewell that carries the warmth and hospitality of Tuscany long after the final course has been cleared.

The pairings include FrischSchoggi hazelnut milk, Truffle milk and truffle cappuccino with Ruinart Rosé NV, as well as Praline trois frères and praline honey nougat with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV. Guests will also receive a complimentary gift from Läderach.

Pendulum workshop / Slowcombo / July 26

The workshop will explore the use of the pendulum, a powerful energetic tool for connecting with intuition and receiving guidance from higher consciousness. Designed for beginners and those familiar with energy work, it offers a thoughtful space for inner exploration and spiritual alignment. It will be held on July 26 at Libra & Pisces in Slowcombo.

Solo exhibition / Fazal Unlimited / July 25 to Aug 6

In Sirawit Chatu’s solo exhibition, "Gentle Ghosts With Eyes As Fair", a blinded past haunts the distorted present. The eyes of the performed lord stare directly into the camera lens. As his flesh eyes meet a mechanical eye, the pretended King is etched into global memory, except the nation whose barbarism seems to remain in the stillness of that cinematic frame. The fair blue eyes of the outsider cannot do justice to their understanding of the other, while the subjects of this cinema shut their curtains, blocking any chance of reconciliation. Yet stillness hides movement, like the looking glass; changes occur constantly if one looks closely enough into the sphere, away from the velvet shroud of colonial eyes. Perhaps, in this circular prism, the ghost may reveal a much more rounded character, unflattened by any agency, and more humane than the human they once were. On display at Fazal Unlimited from July 25 to Aug 6.

New design / Cartier

Cartier reimagines the Santos Chronograph, channelling the pioneering spirit of Alberto Santos-Dumont into a sharply modern design. The 47x40mm case preserves its iconic identity, while the satin–sunray dial with three sub dials ensures precision and clarity. Powered by the automatic 1904-CH MC movement named after the year the first Santos watch was created, it offers a 47-hour power reserve suited to everyday wear. Crafted through more than 70 meticulous craftsmanship steps, the Maison reveals a refined balance of precision, function and iconic design.

Limited edition / Tag Heuer

Tag Heuer, the Swiss Luxury watchmaker, has unveiled the Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph Thailand Limited Edition, one of the most compelling in Thai history. The brand's first-ever Carrera Limited Edition is created exclusively for Thailand, limited to 90 pieces, each numbered, each carrying a name, a philosophy and a victory. The Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph 39mm, particularly the "Glassbox" editions, reinterprets vintage designs with modern engineering. It is powered by the in-house Calibre TH20-00 with an 80-hour power reserve, housed in a 39mm stainless steel case that is 13.9mm thick. The light blue circular brushed dial is inspired by the iconic Bira Blue, the national racing colour of Siam. The white mouse motif printed on the dial honours the legendary White Mouse Racing Team.
