The Gurugram district administration on Monday advised corporate offices, government and private schools and institutions to allow employees and staff to work from home on August 25 after heavy rainfall today that could lead to waterlogging and traffic congestion across the district.
"In view of the heavy rainfall in Gurugram on 24 August 2026, there is a possibility of waterlogging and traffic congestion at various locations across the district," said Deputy Commissioner Gurugram in a post on X.
