Guinness maker Diageo to invest £16m in major site and support 200 jobs

Guinness Diageo

The maker of Guinness is to invest £16m into its packaging facility in Runcorn.

Diageo will use the money to "significantly upgrade" its bottling line and expand warehousing capacity.

The drinks giant added the investment will support the growth of Guinness Draught and Guinness Zero.
