Does Gtech have free delivery?
Yes! Gtech offers free standard UK delivery on almost all of its products. However, if you are only ordering a small spare part or filter, there is a £3.99 delivery charge.
If you are in a rush to get your new vacuum or garden tool, you can upgrade to premium next-day delivery at checkout for £5.99.
What is the Gtech return policy?
Gtech offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you buy a vacuum or power tool and decide it simply isn't for you after trying it out, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. However, keep in mind that unless the item is faulty, Gtech deducts a £10 return fee from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
Are Gtech replacement parts free?
If your Gtech product is under warranty, the customer service team may arrange for the necessary replacement part to be delivered free of charge. There will be a fee to pay if your item isn’t under warranty.
Does Gtech offer an NHS or Student discount?
Currently, Gtech does not offer a permanent, verified discount scheme for students, teachers, or NHS workers.

How do I clean a Gtech handheld filter?
Cleaning the filter on your Gtech handheld vacuum is easy and should be done once a month to keep your suction power as strong as the day you bought it.
To clean your filter, you must:
1. Turn the vacuum off and firmly pull the dirt bin away from the main unit.
2. Pull the filter straight out of the top of the bin. (Note: If you have a K9 model, take out the scented cartridge first) Tap the filter against your bin to knock off the loose dust.
3. Run the filter under a cold or warm tap until the water runs clear. Do not use any soap or detergent.
4. Leave the filter somewhere warm to air dry for at least a full day. Never put a damp filter back into the vacuum, as it can ruin the motor.
5. Once it is 100% dry, pop the filter back in, and click the bin back onto the vacuum.
How long does a Gtech battery last?
Because Gtech specialises in cordless tech, battery life is their top priority. For their most popular full-sized appliances, like the AirRam vacuum or the CLM50 Cordless Lawnmower, a fully charged battery provides up to 40 minutes of continuous runtime.
Does Gtech have a warranty?
Yes. Gtech come with a solid guarantee. All of their vacuums, lawnmowers, power tools, and hair dryers come with a standard 2-year warranty. If you buy smaller accessories or replacement parts directly from their site, those are covered by a 6-month warranty.
