Police have arrested a man in West Belfast after a stop and search turned up approximately £8,500 in cash.
The male suspect was arrested on possession of class B drugs and possession of criminal property, according to a tweet from the PSNI. The arrest took place following the stop and search of a vehicle on Grosvernor Road (B38).

In a tweet sent at 10:33pm on Saturday evening (May 21), PSNI West Belfast wrote: "Auto Crime Team have arrested a male on suspicion of possession of class "B" drugs and possession of criminal property following a stop and search of a vehicle on the Grosvenor Road earlier this evening, which resulted in the recovery of approximately £8500. #WeCareWeListenWeAct "
