Greens call for new 'Amazon tax' on online retail giants' 'obscene profits'

THE Greens have called on the Scottish Government to introduce an “Amazon tax” on big online retailers.

The party said the levy would ensure large, predominantly, online-based retail businesses pay more to the communities and local economies that host them.
