Nearly 100 children suffered harm from a disgraced Great Ormond Street Hospital limb reconstruction surgeon, a review has found.
There was widespread evidence of unacceptable practice found in the botched operations Yaser Jabbar carried out, an investigation by the central London hospital concluded.
