Grammy-nominated singer Juan Carlos Formell dies after suffering a heart attack onstage

Juan Carlos Heart Attack New York

Juan Carlos Formell has died at the age of 59 after suffering a heart attack while onstage.

The Grammy-nominated singer was performing at the Lehman Center for the Performing Arts in the Bronx, New York City, when the tragic incident happened.

Formell, who was a renowned Cuban songwriter was performing with his band Los Van Van on May 26 when he suddenly collapsed near a curtain at the back of the stage after suffering a heart attack.
