Chelsea manager Graham Potter looks set to continue rotating his squad through a busy period of fixtures with the inclusion of one talented wonderkid.
Since co-owner Todd Boehly completed the £4billion takeover at Stamford Bridge, there has been a clear emphasis to sign talented youngsters that will impact the Chelsea senior team. Carney Chukwuemeka, Omari Hutchinson, Cesare Casadei and Gabriel Slonina all joined the club in the summer transfer window.
Hutchinson was signed from London rivals Arsenal and has impressed at youth level for the Blues, scoring five goals and providing a further six assists in just 13 appearances. The 18-year-old can play on either wing or as a No.10 making him a useful option in any squad, and Potter could be the right coach to help nurture him into a first team player.

The Chelsea boss has admitted he will be forced into rotating his squad and calling upon many different players to play a role in the first team through the busy period of fixtures leading up to the World Cup. Hutchinson could play a part for the Blues this afternoon as Potter returns with his new team to Brighton for the first time since replacing Thomas Tuchel as manager at Stamford Bridge.
Hutchinson has the likes of Raheem Sterling, Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Kai Havertz and Hakim Ziyech to compete with in the first team, but Potter is known for giving youth a chance to shine if they deserve it. The 18-year-old's performances for Chelsea under-21s have caught the eye and he looks set to feature on the substitutes bench this afternoon, but could come on depending on the state of the game.
