Motherwell boss Graham Alexander has copped a two-match ban after being sent off during his side's draw with Hibs.
Alexander was left furious by midfielder Liam Donnelly being shown a red card and he too was then dismissed in the Premiership stalemate on January 26.
The Fir Park gaffer made his feelings clear to referee Andrew Dallas and will now pay the price with a suspension.
Alexander will watch on from the stand for upcoming league matches against Aberdeen and Rangers.
"Graham Alexander has been given a two-game touchline ban," a Motherwell statement said.
"Our manager has been issued with a suspension by the Scottish FA after being sent off in our recent match with Hibernian.
"An additional one-match ban has been suspended until the end of the current season.
"Alexander will be absent from the touchline now for our next two cinch Premiership matches with Aberdeen and Rangers."
