Government set to agree cut in fuel excise duties as prices soar due to Ukraine-Russia war

Government Ministers are set to make a move to help ease the cost of fuel as prices have soared in recent days.

It’s expected the changes will take effect from midnight on Wednesday night if the proposal is passed by the Dáil.
