This is the moment a man rammed a JCB into the front of a house as people desperately tried to stop him.
In footage posted onto social media, the digger appears to make several attempts at crashing into the house, before hitting the front wall.
At one point, the driver shunts a silver car against the front of the house with the front of the digger, and lifts it off the ground before dumping it back on its four wheels.
Two people can be seen walking up and down the driveway of their house, holding their arms up in the air reports Wales Online.
One of the onlookers runs up and smacks the side of the digger's cabin. he driver eventually drives away as several bystanders look on.
The incident on Maes-y-Coed in the Blackwood area of south Wales was filmed from a parked vehicle nearby and posted on social media attracting hundreds of comments.
In the background of the original video, someone in the vehicle can be heard saying: "Got it all on film for you, alright mate? Got it all on film. F***ing d***head, what's he f***ing doing? F***ing joke."
Police have confirmed the incident was reported to them and a man has been arrested.
A spokesperson for Ghent Police said: "At approximately 12.20pm today, Tuesday, November 8, we received a report of criminal damage being caused to a house in Woodfield, Blackwood.
"A 55-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and drink driving and is currently in custody being questioned."
