Gordon Ramsay has flogged one of his huge Cornish homes for a whopping £7.5million – which is almost double for what he bought it for.
The house that Gordon and his family fled to during the Covid-19 pandemic, was bought by the TV chef back in 2016 – for a hefty £4million.
But since owning his seaside abode, he's earned around half a million quid each year, because it's now worth almost double what he bought it for.
Not only has his property earned him a ton of cash, but it's said to be the most expensive sale ever recorded in the seaside county.
The 55-year-old TV favourite sold his Trebetherick home in March 2021, according to Land Registry documents, and it is said to be the most expensive sale in Cornwall across 2021.
As well as the above, it is thought to be the priciest ever recorded in the county, Cornwall Live reported.
News of Gordon getting rid of one of his Cornwall-based holiday homes comes two months after he said that he "can't stand Cornish people".
Gordon caused a stir when he and his family spent time at the Cornish home in the first lockdown back in 2020.
Locals weren't impressed with Gordon's presence because the Government urged people not to travel.
The no-nonsense chef once owned three properties across Cornwall, but with his Trebetherick home being flogged – he is now down to just one.
He still owns his Cornwall home in Rock, but in 2020 his Fowey home was up for sale for £2.75million.
Trebetherick was purchased in 2016 for £4million while he started working on renovations for his Rock home.
His Rock home was built from scratch after a five-bedroom home was demolished.
The news about Gordon flogging his sprawling home in Cornwall comes days after his daughter Holly gave her followers a sneak peek inside the family's huge mansion in London.
Showing off to her 232,000+ followers on TikTok, Holly took part in the popular 'Get Ready with Me' trend from inside her bedroom in the mansion.
A huge double bed is the main focus of the room, complete with white sheets and a grey quilted headboard.
The video shows Holly's beautiful white walls, wooden beams and a brown textured carpet, with a flashy clothes rail - which Holly ends up using in the clip.
Gordon shares his South West London pad in Wandsworth with his wife Tana and their five children – Megan, 23, twins Jack and Holly, 22, Tilly, 20, and Oscar, three.
