Gordon Ramsay has been voted the most successful chef in the world, according to one betting site.
The famously foul-mouthed chef from Johnstone has an impressive career, boasting 63 restaurants across the world and seven Michelin stars to his name. The 55-year-old has fronted many successful TV shows including, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares and mostly recently Future Food Stars, which aired on the BBC earlier this year.
The Michelin-starred Scot has 13.8million followers on Instagram, and is miles ahead of his followers. Gordon also posts regularly on TikTok and has amassed a whopping 32.8million followers on the platform as he frequently delights fans by reacting to their impressive, or disturbing food concoctions.

Betting site Slingo worked out a point-scoring system out of 10 to work out the top spots, and Ramsay, who trialled for Rangers FC as a teen, scored an 9.37/10 on their rankings. A Slingo spokesman told The Sun : "Celebrity chefs are people who are truly at the height of the culinary arts, absolute perfectionists, masters with years of training.
"Ramsay ranked very well across all of the factors, aside from the star-to-restaurant ratio. He’s appeared on his own television shows, earned multiple Michelin stars and owns restaurants across the world. He’s a successful chef on many different fronts."
French chef Alain Ducasse came in a close second with 8.63 points. While he's broken countless Michelin star records and currently holds the highest number of them in the world, his social media standing was far below Gordon’s.
Meanwhile, third place went to Anne-Sophie Pic with a score of 7.37. She took over her family hotel and restaurant Maison Pic after it had lost its Michelin stars and went on to regain all three Michelin stars back.
Gordon, who is bringing his hit show Next Level Chef to ITV, is also set to team up with pals Gino D'Acampo and Fred Siriex for a new road trip series. Fans were previously gutted after This Morning chef Gino claimed that Gordon was too busy to be part of the hit show, which sees the trio heading out on culinary adventures while causing mischief along the way.
A source told The Sun : "He is something of a victim of his own success at the moment, and he has so much on it’s tricky fitting it all in. He already has something of a logistical conundrum co-ordinating his diary with the busy Fred and Gino, and that’s before they try to set up a string of filming locations — which have yet to be decided."
