Ben Shephard caught the attention of his followers when he appeared on their social media feeds in a stripped-down video. The Good Morning Britain star appeared topless in his latest video which he posted to Instagram on Tuesday (December 27) after spending Christmas with his family.
However, the clip, which appeared to show Ben filming himself while wading through the waves in the sea in the Cornish village of Port Isaac, was actually recorded on Christmas Day and it just took him a few days to show the world what he had been up to.
"Ahh I meant to post this the other day only just thawed out!" the 48-year-old penned in the caption alongside the clip in which he spoke to the camera. He added: "Happy Christmas all hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas – ours was bracing and wonderfully boozy!"
