Good Morning Britain fans were taken aback during Thursday's episode as Kate Garraway admitted she's "never heard" of a Christmas favourite.
Kate was joined by Ben Shephard on the morning programme, with the two discussing the topics of the day. One conversation saw the presenters discuss Christmas traditions.
Viewers at home were encouraged to share things they do each year around December 25.

And after one GMB fan shared her experiences, Kate said she'd "never heard" of it. Ben said: "Jeanette's been in touch, she says 'I was brought up with a Bird's trifle kit and Carnation milk. I still insist on having it for pudding on Christmas Day every year'".
Kate replied: "I've never even heard of a Bird's trifle kit", and Ben added: "I haven't". Kate continued: "Get in touch, we've never heard of such wonder!"
Many fans were shocked at Kate's words. Taking to Twitter, Tracy said: "Kate Garraway has never heard of a Birds trifle kit?", while Jen said: "Did Kate Garraway just say she has never heard of a box of Bird's trifle mix? Kate you are seriously missing out, buy one today".
Liz said: "Did I hear Kate Garraway right then? Oh how the other half live!"
