Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has shared that she doesn’t own a TV. The Channel 4 star has admitted that she 'doesn't really watch telly' when she's not appearing on Gogglebox.
Helena can often be seen catching up on the latest TV shows with her mum, Alison, and dad, George. But away from the show, her life is a lot different, reports MEN.
Speaking to OK! at the TRIC Awards on Tuesday (June 27), she said: "I don't really watch telly at home, I don't have a TV but [Gogglebox is] how I catch up on what's going on. I go to my mum's and use her electric to watch the telly."

She added: "It's a pretty good gig because you get to sit down and eat food and watch telly." Helena's mum, Alison, also said that it's "lovely" she and her family get together once a week to film Gogglebox.
"There's no getting out of it for Helena," said Alison. "She has to come and see her mum and dad." Helena added: "Well, it takes an hour on the bus for me so it's too much."
Away from the show and spotlight, Helena is loved-up with artist partner Daniel. Although he chooses not to be part of the show, their beautiful baby son Erwin has made a number of appearances - particularly one breastfeeding episode which Helena was hailed for.
Earlier this year, Helena delighted viewers when Erwin, now three, made a surprise appearance on the Channel 4 show.
As the family were seen tuning into Channel 4’s The Piano, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, the show panned to the family when fans quickly spotted the tiny tot was a new addition to the sofa. Fans gushed over the adorable kid, with many commenting on his amazing hair, reports the Daily Star.
“I'm sure Helena's wee boy was a tiny baby last I looked! He's so cute. #Gogglebox,” gushed one viewer “So seems I did not get the memo re Helena's gorgeous boy #normalnicehaircut ??“ said a second.
A third added: “No I’m sorry I refuse to believe that’s Irvin! [Erwin] Helena was only pregnant not that long ago wth!?,” while a fourth penned: “Oh my gosh look at his haircut!!,” said another, referring his bowl shaped haircut.
