Gogglebox star Helena Worthington revealed she doesn't own a television despite its vital role in her career.
The 29-year-old has been with the Channel 4 reality programme for more than five years but has only just revealed she doesn't own a television. Week after week, she sits alongside her parents, Alison and George, who she relies on to help her fulfil her television quota.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with OK! at the TRIC Awards on Tuesday, she said: "I don't really watch telly at home, I don't have a TV but [Gogglebox is] how I catch up on what's going on.

"I go to my mum's and use her electricity to watch the telly. It's a pretty good gig because you get to sit down and eat food and watch telly."
"I always thought that I'd never be able to do that with any sort of kudos but you can now," she added. "It's great!"
Alison doesn't mind Helena using her television as it's "lovely" the family get to spend quality time together. She said: "There's no getting out of it for Helena.
"She has to come and see her mum and dad." Helena added: "Well, it takes an hour on the bus for me so it's too much."
The family joined Gogglebox for series 10 alongside fan-favourites Pete and Sophie Sandiford.
