Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway bid Good Morning Britain correspondent Pip Tomson farewell on today's show as she announced her exit from the programme.
Pip appeared in the studio and thanked Ben and Kate, as well as the rest of the GMB team, while she fought back tears.
Kate said to Pip: "Excited for you and your future but you're going to be a huge loss to us on the team and me personally."
And Ben added: "Excited for your adventures, Thank you for being a lovely part of the team."
Pip smiled: "It's been an absolute joy what you see at home is really what it's like, it's a great family, everybody is just amazing to work with.
As Pip got tearful, Ben laughed: "Why are you leaving then?"
Kate said: "Don't cry," as Pip composed herself and added: "I know, but new adventures await and it's just time. But, it's been fabulous so thank you everybody."
Entertainment editor Richard Arnold then joked: "Are we working in the same place?"
Kate added: "She doesn't crossover with you very often," before Pip cheekily joked: "I've got a load of cash in my back pocket from the boss for saying that."
Pip announced on Twitter that she would be departing the show and praised the Good Morning Britain team.
Alongside a series of snaps from her time at GMB, she wrote: "The sun is now setting on my (almost) 10 yrs at Good Morning Britain & ITV. Its been both fun, infuriating, inspiring & unforgettable. Proud to play a part in such a great show. But so excited about what’s coming next @gmb #itv."
